Each project is defined by a written proposal or agreement. Any changes to the scope after commencement may incur additional costs.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate, timely information, access credentials, branding assets, and any required content. Delays in client input may affect timelines and deliverables.

Clients agree to:

• Supply all requested content and documentation
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Ensure legality and ethical use of the delivered product

Project Terms & Deliverables

Each service engagement includes clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and cost structures. We provide regular updates and seek approval at key milestones.

We may use third-party tools, APIs, or hosting providers as needed to deliver your project. Where applicable, licenses or subscriptions for third-party tools are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the proposal.

Payment Terms

Payment structures vary by project and are outlined in your individual agreement. Typically:

• A percentage (e.g., 30–50%) is due upfront before work begins
• The remainder is due upon completion or at predefined milestones
• For ongoing services (e.g., SEO, maintenance), monthly billing applies

Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of service. We reserve the right to charge late fees or terminate service in cases of non-payment.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (e.g., code, design files) is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified. GotMyDev retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or for promotional use unless a prior NDA is in place.

We retain:

• Ownership of proprietary tools, scripts, and reusable components
• The right to reuse non-confidential development methods across projects

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all client information and projects with strict confidentiality. For adult or escort platforms, we uphold privacy with extra care, respecting anonymity and discretion throughout development and support.

We guarantee:

• No disclosure of project details to third parties without consent
• Use of secure channels for sensitive communication and data transfer

Warranties & Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality, bug-free products, but all services are provided "as is" unless otherwise guaranteed in writing. We are not liable for:

• Damages caused by third-party plugins, APIs, or hosting providers
• User misuse or post-launch modifications
• Legal issues resulting from how the client uses the website/software

Maintenance & Support

Basic post-launch support is included for a limited time (typically 14–30 days). Ongoing maintenance, updates, or technical support require a separate agreement.

Content Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and originality of content provided for use on their platforms, including text, images, media, and database entries—especially for adult and escort platforms. We do not vet or endorse user-submitted content.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases:

• All completed work up to that point will be billed
• Any advance payments are non-refundable if work has already started
• We may retain project files until outstanding balances are cleared

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert applicable country/state jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
